Despite her young age, Nora Lubbadová is already regarded as one of the most outstanding talents of the emerging generation. Her exceptional musical gift became evident early on—she began playing the piano at the age of four and gave her first public performance just a year later. Driven by her passion for sharing music with audiences, she has participated in dozens of international competitions, won multiple prestigious awards, and performed in major concert halls across the Czech Republic and abroad, including Vienna, Helsinki, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. She is also a recipient of the Zlatý oříšek award, which is presented to the most talented children in the Czech Republic. With her virtuosity and profoundly expressive artistry, she has captivated audiences at festivals such as Prague Spring, Smetana’s Litomyšl, Zlatá Pecka, Concentus Moraviae, and the Lucerne Piano Festival in Switzerland. From 2022 to 2023, she studied at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna under the renowned pedagogue Vladimir Kharin. Since September 2024, she has continued her studies at the Prague Conservatory under Ivo Kahánek, further developing her artistry while successfully advancing her concert and competition career. For the Bratislava audience, Nora has prepared a diverse program featuring works by great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt, Carl Nielsen, and Claude Debussy.
„I play what I feel and hope that someone will truly hear it. Slovakia is in my heart thanks to my mother, and that’s why I am happy to perform here.“ Nora Lubbadová
